BWW Preview: Chaz Robinson Releases CHAZ Debut Album and is Featured in Disney Springs

Chaz Robinson, the 26 year-old international recording artist, has been chosen to perform at the Walt Disney World's Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida this summer. His shows feature Robinson's original music, covers, and four dancers all on the main stage wowing fans and guests alike.

The Singer-Songwriter, Dancer, Model, Actor and Professional Jump Roper, is no stranger to the Disney family and is one of 20 very select entertainment acts to perform throughout the four Disney Springs neighborhoods. This free entertainment includes a variety of live musicians, improvisational rappers, DJs, Living Statues and, depending on the night you visit, maybe even a roaming illusionist. He performed on July 16th, 24th, and 30th and more dates are planned.

On May 17th he dropped his new single Without You, ahead of his full debut album, "Chaz" that has just been released. It was announced in June that his music has exceeded 1 million downloads on the music platform Jamendo. Chaz commented, "It's so surreal to finally be releasing an album I've been working on, so diligently for 2 years!"

In 2015, Chaz garnered two nods on the Official Grammy Ballot for Best Pop Solo Performance. He has appeared on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew: Season 5, MTV's MADE, the Ellen Degeneres Show, Disney's Shake It Up, La Grande Cabaret du Monde: France, and Broadway's Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy. He has also worked with SYTYCD's Emmy Award-Winning hip-hop choreographers, Tabitha & Napoleon D'Umo.

During his career he has worked with clients such as: Nike, VISA, Coca Cola, P&G, Hoosier Lottery, the US Army, and TRUTV Fake Off's On the Fly. As one of the youngest members of the Indianapolis Mens Chorus, he had the privilege of performing with gospel recording artist, Sandi Patty. Chaz has sung since he was 3 years old and has won over $10,000 at numerous competitions. Chaz told Broadwayworld.com, "I've sang since the age of 3 and have known my whole life I wanted to be a singer, but I never could have dreamed of some of the opportunities I've gotten through my music."

In addition, Chaz has taught Jump Rope on a national and worldwide scale, teaching thousands of jump ropers at hundreds of workshops during his, continued, 15 years of being a professional and competitive jump roper winning numerous national and world titles.

As an emerging recording artist, Chaz is signed to Spectra Records. His single, "Love Will Come Back Again" has been downloaded over 800,000 times worldwide contributing to nearly 1,000,000 downloads of his music. Chaz's debut single, "Upside" was in rotation on nearly 200 radio stations in the US and Canada and peaked at number 62 on the National College Radio Chart. After being selected by ESPN, "Upside" was featured on ESPNU's, UNITE. He has received over 1.5 million spins, plays, and listens internationally.
