According to the Scotsman, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Gary Barlow have once again joined forces to write a song after the chart-topping success of the Diamond Jubilee theme, "Sing."

“I’m writing a song with Gary," Webber told the Scotsman. "I’ve come up with the tune and sent it to him."

"Sing," the duo's Official Diamond Jubilee song hit No. 1 this year, with its album reaching the Top 10.

The song was performed at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace in June, with vocals from Military Wives Choir and members of The Commonwealth Band, conducted by Military Wives Choir master Gareth Malone. A special documentary on the making of the song was also aired on BBC1—Gary Barlow: On Her Majesty’s Service.

Andrew Lloyd Webber's current project is the ITV1 reality TV competition show SUPERSTAR, which will cast the role of Jesus in the upcoming UK tour of his musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Following the success of "Sing," Gary Barlow was among those knighted at Queen's Birthday Honors on June 15, 2012.
