Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith Coming to Atlanta's Fox Theatre, 12/15

Two of Christian music's most award-winning, chart-topping artists are making preparations for an exclusive holiday weekend run of performances. Longtime friends Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith will join forces on three exclusive holiday shows this year - in Dallas (Dec. 12), Minneapolis (Dec. 13), and a special Dec. 15 performance at Atlanta's Fox Theatre. A six-time GRAMMY winner, Grant recently made music news when her remixed version of "Baby, Baby" landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. Her first remix album, In Motion: The Remixes, was released Aug. 19. With three multi-platinum albums, six platinum albums and four gold albums, her total career album sales have exceeded 30 million. Those sales figures include 2008's The Christmas Collection, A Christmas to Remember (1999), Home for Christmas (1992) and A Christmas Album (1983).

Smith, with sales topping 15 million albums and 28 No. 1 songs to his credit, will release his fourth career Christmas album, Michael W. Smith & Friends: The Spirit of Christmas, on Sept. 30, 2014. In addition to music from this new release, fans will also be treated to selections from Smith's three acclaimed Christmas albums including It's A Wonderful Christmas (2007), Christmastime (1998) and Christmas (1993) as well as music from select other projects.

These exclusive Christmas performances will be conducted by musical director, producer/arranger David Hamilton, who has conducted numerous orchestras including the National Philharmonic and recently made his debut appearance at Carnegie Hall.
