VIDEO: Jennifer Lawrence Brought to Tears Upon Hearing HOMELAND Spoiler News

While on the Access Hollywood platform at last Saturday's Screen Actors Guild Awards, actress Jennifer Lawrence got more than she bargained for when she was confronted with two unexpected surprises.

Seemingly starstruck by being so close to Homeland star Damien Lewis on the red carpet, Lawrence stopped her interview to comment, "That is Brody, I've never met him before -- stop it!". When Lewis, who was in the midst of an interview of his own, stepped over to introduce himself, Lawrence gushed, "You're so great, the show's amazing, my ears are so red!"

As the two complimented each other's work, a reporter queried the actress on her thoughts of Lewis' character's demise on the Season 3 finale of the Showtime drama. "Are you upset that he died?" she asked Lawrence.

"What? I can't process this right now, there's cameras, I can't believe you said that," said a clearly shaken Lawrence, who had only watched the first two seasons of the series. "I have to wait for it to come out on DVDs because I'm not patient ... I'm past mad, it's this weird other emotion. I feel like my heart just fell out."
