About Milwaukee's 11-day music festival with more than 700 bands on 11 different stages. Description Summerfest 2013 will take place June 26 – June 30 and July 2 – 7, from Noon until Midnight. Summerfest will be closed Monday, July 1. The World’s Largest Music Festival and Milwaukee’s cornerstone summer celebration attracts the music industry’s hottest stars, emerging talent and local favorites. General Information The Marcus Amphitheater and 10 additional stages, along with a diverse selection of food and beverage vendors, marketplaces and interactive exhibits, are set against the Lake Michigan and downtown backdrops, creating a festival experience like no other.
