On tonight's GRAHAM NORTON SHOW, Benedict Cumberbatch fuels new speculation that he has been cast in the highly anticipated STAR WARS: EPISODE VII.

During the appearance, the actor is asked by host Norton whether he will be featured in the upcoming space saga and surprisingly, he didn't rule out the possibility, replying simply, "No comment."

Cumberbatch, who has worked with Star Wars Episode VII director JJ Abrams on 'Star Trek Into Darkness', went on to confess that he visited the set of the new Star Wars film. "I went to the set. It was incredible," he revealed, quickly adding, "I probably shouldn't be saying these things."

Below, watch Benedict Cumberbatch do an incredible Chewbacca impersonation in front of Han Salo himself, Harrison Ford on a previous visit to the show.

Star Wars Episode VII will star John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie as well as returning stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker reprising their original trilogy roles.

Star Wars Episode VII will be released on December 18, 2015.
