Top Tracks & Albums: One Direction Takes Over iTunes, Week Ending 11/24

iTunes has become the most comprehensive, streamlined way to purchase music, and BWW Music has rounded up the most popular tracks and albums on the digital marketplace for the week ending Nov. 24.

Boy band One Direction took over iTunes this week, in anticipation of their latest album, MIDNIGHT MEMORIES, debuting this week. The group's most recent songs, STRONG, STORY OF MY LIFE, and MIDNIGHT MEMORIES all placed on the singles chart this week, with Eminem's THE MOSTER and Lorde's ROYALS rounding out the top three.

On the albums side of things, MIDNIGHT MEMORIES took the top spot in pre-sales, with Eminem's THE MARSHALL MATHERS LP2 in second, and the soundtrack to THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE in third.
