Tracy Morgan is still fighting to recover from injuries sustained from the six-car summer car accident he was involved in this past June. Tina Fey just updated E! NEWS on his progress. She told E!: "I went and visited him before the holidays. He's doing good. He's got a long road ahead of him, but he's going to get there."

Morgan broke his nose, leg, and several ribs in the six-car accident involving his limo bus. Comedian James McNair 62, of Peekskill, was killed and two other men were seriously injured. The bus was struck from behind by a Wal-Mart truck. The 35-year-old Kevin Roper has pleaded not guilty to one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto.

Wal-Mart previously claimed that the accident was partly Morgan's fault. In response to Walmart's claim, Morgan released the following statement in October: "After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."
