Photo Coverage: Hysterical Psycho Premieres at Tribeca Film Festival

The sheer fun that Fogler and the cast had while making Hysterical Psycho is palpable. Their play with horror clichés results in some uproarious scenes, but Fogler doesn't scrimp on the thrills and kills. It's his ability to merge the horror with the laughs seamlessly that ultimately makes Hysterical Psycho such a bloody good time."

Fogler won a 2005 Tony Award as Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his work in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, he was also seen in the films "Fanboys" and "Balls of Fury".

Randy Baruh (LENNY)

Noah Bean (CHUCK)

Noah Bean is best known for starring as ‘David Connor,' a first year surgical intern on the popular series DAMAGES from FX and Sony Pictures. Bean's other television credits include a recurring role on ED (Tim Cooper), as well as guest-starring on the award winning shows NUMB3RS, CRUMBS (with Fred Savage), Joan of ArcADIA, LAW & ORDER: SVU and the daytime drama GUIDING LIGHT. Film: Marc Forster's STAY with Ewan MacGregor, Ryan Gosling, and Naomi Watts from Fox/New Regency. On the New York stage, Bean has most recently starred in YELLOW FACE, at the Public. Charissa Chamorro (DONNA)

Charissa Chamorro works extensively with advocacy and social service programs throughout New York City, including movement therapy workshops for pediatric cancer patients at the Ronald McDonald House and also works as an advocate and crisis councilor at Bellevue Hospital. She originated the roles of 'Tory Granger' on THE GUIDING LIGHT and of 'Sophia Pellegrino' on ONE LIFE TO LIVE. Nicholas Decegli (GIANT)

Nicholas Decegli is a graduate of St. John's University and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institue. He has appeared in a number of off-Broadway plays and shorts in addition to feature films. Kelly Hutchinson (CINDY)

Kelly Hutchinson is currently understudying Carla Gugino in Broadway's DESIRE UNDER THE ELMS. She is a founding member of Stage 13 and appeared in their maiden voyage, THE VOYAGE OF THE CARCASS alongside Dan Fogler and Noah Bean. She also helped to workshop MEANWHILE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MOUNT VESUVIUS by Jay Reiss, in collaboration between Stage 13 and the Yale Repertory Theatre. Kelly attended Boston University's School for the Arts where she had the great fortune to meet many of her co-theatre members. Upon graduation Kelly moved to NY where she has been working in theatre, television and film ever since.

Lennon Parham (DEAF MUTE SISTER)

Lennon Parham is currently appearing on PARKS AND RECREATION. She also appears weekly at the Upright Citizen's Brigade theater, where she performs on the Harold Team, Dillinger. She eventually became involved in the comedy improv shows ASSSSCAT 3000 and REUBen Williams, as well as becoming a member of the UCBT Touring Company. She has been teaching at the UCB Training Center for two years, including a special class for improvising in character. Currently she is touring her one-woman show, based on a collection of comedic characters, entitled SHE TRIED TO BE NORMAL. She also co-created and performed a two-woman show about the rise of a pop superstar duo, THE ADVENTURES OF LOCK & KAY. Previous New York improv and sketch credits have included THE SHOVES, DILLINGER and WE BUILT THIS CITY ON RENT CONTROL (Second City NY).

Sarah Saltzberg (JO)

A founding member and artistic director of Stage 13, Sarah was recently seen in Theaterwork's production of JUNIE B. JONES at the Lucille Lortel Theater. On Broadway, she played Logainne Schwartzandgrubenairre for two years IN THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE. She created and developed her character in C-R-E-P-U-S-C-U-L-E (upon which SPELLING BEE is based) which she co-produced at the Theatorium in NYC, and appeared in both Barrington Stage productions of the show before opening on Broadway in 2005. She has appeared off-Broadway in Helen in THE DONKEY SHOW (Club El Flamingo), in her one-woman show DEAR DIARY (Broadway Spotlight Series, Ars Nova), as well as throughout NYC in long-form improv comedy with the Upright Citizen's Brigade. She also co-produced, co-wrote and starred in the TV pilot A/V CLUB, an official selection of the 2006 NY Television Festival. Once a month, Sarah can be seen in the late-night Broadway themed improv show DON'T QUIT YOUR NIGHT JOB, which she co-created and co-produces, at The Zipper Theater. BFA: Boston University.

Dan Fogler (DIRECTOR)

Dan Fogler makes his directorial film debut with HYSTERICAL PSYCHO, adding to his already multi-faceted career as an acclaimed actor, writer, producer, and stage director. The burgeoning filmmaker is a founding member of Stage 13, his film and theater Production Company. The film stars The Ensemble of Stage 13 and Fogler makes a cameo appearance and narrates the film. Stage 13 recently mounted the play ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM (which Fogler directed and wrote), THE RISE AND FALL OF Annie Hall, by Sam Forman, in which Fogler starred, and THE VOYAGE OF THE CARCASS by Dan O'Brien, which helped inspire HYSTERICAL PSYCHO.

Fogler can next be seen starring in Universal Picture's TRAVELING with Aaron Ekhart and Jennifer Aniston, the HBO Sam Kinison biopic BROTHER SAM, Disney's MARS NEEDS MOMS, and Ang Lee's TAKING WOODSTOCK. Other recent film credits include BALLS OF FURY opposite Christopher Walken, FANBOYS, HORTON HEARS A WHO and the 2009 Academy Awards/Golden Globe nominated animated feature KUNG FU PANDA. Thomas Sullivan (PRODUCER / CHRISTOPHER)

Thomas is both an actor and producer. His latest producing credits include "the9thdot", an interactive web thriller series. This winter he joined forces with acclaimed London producers Rotozazz and the Foundry Theatre of NYC to present "Etiquette" as part of The NY Public Theatre's new "Under the Radar" festival.. Thomas produced "Elephant in the Room", also written and directed by Dan Fogler which opened to praise at the 2007 NYC Fringe Festival. Thomas co-founded the Deertrees Theatre Festival; he has served as an Executive Producer and acted since its inception.

Thomas has produced over 30 Equity showcases in NYC under GreenLight TheatreWorks and Off-Broadway credits include "Voyage of the Carcass, " which Premiered at the 2005 Deertree Theatre Festival. He originated and still produces "A Little Bit Louder" a weekly NYC poetry series that has won 2 National Poetry Slam Championships and features the country's brightest spoken word artists.

Michael Canzoniero (COPRODUCER)

After winning the Princess Grace and Martin Scorsese Awards for his student work at New York University. Michael and his cousin Marco Ricci co-wrote/co-directed "The Marconi Bros." (SXSW '08). The film stars Dan Fogler and Brendan Sexton III and will be distributed by Screen Media/Universal in the Fall of 2009. Michael is currently in development with a new horror project entitled "IXO" with screenwriter Ross Klavan ("Tigerland") and shooting "The King of Clubs" starring Nicholas DeCegli with Exec. Producer Abel Ferrara.

Glen Trotiner (COPRODUCER)

Glen Trotiner has over twenty-five years experience in hands on production, on everything from micro-budget Internet 'webisodes' to large-scale Hollywood summer blockbusters. He entered the film business when he was accepted into the highly competitive Director's Guild of American Training Program. After two years apprenticing on films directed by Sidney Lumet, Michael Apted, and Gene Saks, he was hired as an Assistant Director on "The Untouchables". He went on to be the right hand of a long list of A-list directors on films as diverse as "Phone Booth" and "Big Daddy".

Trotiner has also helped produce several independent films including the Emmy nominated "Bernard and Doris"/ He wrote the thriller "A Day in November", which is in development at Warner Brothers, and also wrote and directed the well-reviewed "Overnight Sensation". Besides having a full slate of upcoming projects, he now also serves on the board of trustees of the very training program, which helped propel him into the industry.

Marco Ricci (COPRODUCER)

Marco Ricci is currently directing, Gone To Texas, a PBS documentary about a best selling Cherokee author who was hiding his past as a radical KKK member. He co-wrote and directed, The Marconi Bros. which stars Dan Fogler, Brendan Sexton and Jon Polito. His films have screened at numerous film festivals including the New York Film Festival, SXSW and Edinburgh Film Festival. A graduate of Northwestern University, Marco got his start in the business as Production Manager at a Public Access station where he videotaped kazoo playing seniors, tap dancing two year olds, and numerous little league games.
Brian Ransom (COPRODUCER)

Brian received a degree in video production at the Savannah College of Art and Design. After graduating, he began working on such films as Forrest Gump, Twelve Monkeys and Road Trip. He then worked two years writing and producing for the Cartoon Network channel in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1999, he produced and wrote the feature Basically Frightened which premiered at the 1999 Cannes Film Festival. Brian moved to Los Angeles in 2002 to continue his producing and writing endeavors, and worked with Dan Bush on The Signal, a horror feature, which sold at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival, and produced Circle along with Luke Daniels of Redwire Pictures which is currently repped by William Morris Independent for a late 2009 release. Brian is currently developing the sci-fi/thriller Aurora with director Dan Bush and has several other scripts in development.
Mario Ducoudray (DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY)

Mario Ducoudray's career was set into motion when his directorial debut STRIPPING IN PUBLIC, an original one-act play by Suzanne Solomon performed at New York City's Upfront Muse, created a stir at City Hall resulting in a court battle over freedom of expression. As a result, he was awarded Honorary Key at the renowned Herbert Bergoff Studio by Tony award winner Uta Hagen and Academy Award nominee William Hickey. He also trained with three-time Emmy Award winning actor Michael Moriarty, who advised him to explore filmmaking and, whose friendship and guidance was immeasurable. He is a founding member of Stage 13 and is currently working with, and developing projects for, the Stage 13 crew, as well as producing films through Wanderlust, a film development and co-venture company that he established with his wife Sabrina Muheim,.

Gabriel Voytas (PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR)

Gabe is a founding member of Stage13. He produced Dan Fogler's play ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM, and oversaw production of the feature film HYSTERICAL PSYCHO. Professionally, he served for three years as General Manager of the Off-Broadway theater SoHo Playhouse and worked as an independent producer for multiple theater and film productions. As an actor, Gabe has worked on projects ranging from LIPSTICK JUNGLE to the stage production of Francis Ford Coppola's THE CONVERSATION. In 2008, Gabe released his website, FreeGabe.com, as an online outlet for his work. So far, it has released the first FreeGabe.com video series; the NINE ROOMS PEEL AND TEAR SESSIONS; a promo for his play, George Clooney; the NYC FreeGabe dance parties; and inaugurated SHOOT THE COUGAR, an all-alumni reunion party in his hometown of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
