The summer of fun continues as the Eagle Theatre presents Stand-Up Comedy on August 8th, 2015, featuring nationally recognized comedian Jay Black.

Jay Black has performed at nearly 700 colleges nationwide, receiving numerous awards, including the 2009 Campus Activities Magazine Comedian of the Year, both the 2013 and 2014 APCA College Comedian of the Year, and the 2013 all-around College Performer of the Year. Black has opened for several celebrities, including Christopher Titus, Greg Fitzsimmons, Bobcat Goldthwait, Emo Phillips, Pete Holmes, Sinbad, and most recently joined Kevin Nealon ("Weeds", "SNL") on his nationwide tour. In 2013, Jay and his writing partner co-created their first TV show, "Paulie", starring Paul Sorvino, Janeane Garofalo, and Michael Madsen. Further, Jay and Brian have written several movies, including "How Sweet It Is", "The Bus Driver", and "Meet My Valentine".

Opening August 13th, BEEHIVE: THE 60's MUSICAL SENSATION is guaranteed to wow audiences as five female powerhouse vocalists take on the electrifying hits of Janis Joplin, The Supremes, Carole King, Brenda Lee, Aretha Franklin and more! Featuring the best music from one of the greatest decades; including "Respect", "Me and Bobby McGee", "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow", "It's My Party", "Natural Woman", "Downtown", "Wishin' and Hopin'", "Proud Mary", "One Fine Day", etc.

Eagle Theatre's on-site Sharrott Wine Lounge will open 45 minutes prior to the performance and remain accessible throughout the run. Eagle Theatre boasts a free double parking lot, and is located within walking distance of several award-winning boutiques and acclaimed dining destinations in Downtown Hammonton.
