FROZEN Video of the Day: 'Let It Go' - The Alto Version!
Disney's newest animated film FROZEN is not only breaking box office records, but has inspired fans, both young and old, to create their own versions of the beloved music from husband and wife team Robert Lopez (Avenue Q, Book of Mormon) and Kristen-Anderson Lopez.
Today we offer an alternative version of the Oscar-nominated hit 'Let It Go,' for those of us who perhaps can't quite reach the soaring notes that Ms. Menzel can. Listen below as YouTuber Serena takes matters into her own hands with this alto version of the song!
"So I love this song, obviously, but I am so mad that every Disney song I adore is way out of my range," writes Serena. "Apparently it is a qualification every Disney princess has to be a soprano!"
About Disney's Frozen:
Walt Disney Animation Studios, the studio behind "Tangled" and "Wreck-It Ralph," presents "Frozen," a stunning big-screen comedyadventure. Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey-teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven-to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter.
Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
