FORBIDDEN BROADWAY Cast to Make Appearance on 'Good Day NY' Tomorrow

The cast of Gerard Alessandrini's Forbidden Broadway: Alive and Kicking! will be performing parodies of Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Russell Crowe in the film LES MISERABLES on Good Day New York on Wednesday, February 27,2013 in the 9'oclock hour. The hit musical at the 47th Street Theatre (304 West 47th Street - just west of Eighth Avenue) continues through April 28th and is co-directed by Phillip George. Time Magazine and the Associated Press recently awarded Forbidden Broadway: Alive and Kicking! spots on their Top Ten Lists, with Time Magazine making it their Top Musical pick for 2012. The show is also a Critic's Pick for The New York Times, The Daily News and New York Magazine. DRG Record's cast recording Forbidden Broadway; ALIVE AND KICKING! The UN-Original Cast Album, is now available in stores, on iTunes and Amazon.com.
The performance on Good Day New York will feature Natalie Charlé Ellis, Scott Richard Foster, and Marcus Stevens, with David Caldwell on Piano. (Lindsay Nicole Chambers is also in the cast).
Forbidden Broadway; ALIVE AND KICKING! features Gerard Alessandrini's parodies Broadway's biggest shows and brightest stars, which also include Annie, Newsies, Once, Book of Mormon, Spiderman, Evita, Porgy and Bess, Anything Goes, Follies, as well of send-ups of Catherine Zeta Jones, Matthew Broderick, Patti LuPone, Mandy Patinkin, and Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, and Russell Crowe in the film LES MISERABLES.
The playing schedule for Forbidden Broadway: Alive and Kicking! is as follows: Tuesday and Thursdays through Saturdays at 8PM, Sundays at 7:30PM with matinees on Wednesday and Saturday at 2PM. And Sundays at 3PM. Tickets are $29-$79. Premium Tickets are available at $110. Tickets can be purchased by calling telecharge at (212) 239-6200 or by visiting www.telecharge.com.
