David Krumholtz, Josh Pais, James Dumont and Wrenn Schmidt have joined Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen in I SAW THE LIGHT, the story of legendary country western singer Hank Williams, who in his brief life created one of the greatest bodies of work in American music.

I SAW THE LIGHT will be directed by Marc Abraham from his screenplay which chronicles William's meteoric rise to fame and its ultimately tragic effect on his health and personal life. It is based on Colin Escott's award winning biography.

A RatPac Entertainment presentation of A Bron Studios/RatPac Entertainment production, in association with Creative Wealth Media Finance, I SAW THE LIGHT will begin production this week in Louisiana. RatPac's Brett Ratner and Bron Studios Aaron L. Gilbert produce alongside G. Marq Roswell and Mark Abraham. James Packer will executive produce for RatPac Entertainment. Patty Long is the line producer/executive producer. Denise Chamian is the casting director.

David Krumholtz can currently be seen in THE JUDGE and starred in the long running TV series Numb3rs. He plays James Dolan, an edgy New York journalist who in the course of a tough interview with William's finds himself toe to toe with the country legend.

James Dumont was featured in Dallas Buyer's Club and Lee Daniels' The Butler. He plays WB Nowlin, the mayor of a town where Williams is headlining who is forced to strong arm a performance out of the debilitated singer.

Josh Pais has appeared on The Good Wife, Ray Donovan and Law & Order: SVU, and plays Dore Schary, one-time production president of MGM. Though smooth and savvy, he still can't convince Williams to be movie star.

Wrenn Schmidt credits include the popular television series Boardwalk Empire with Steve Buscemi, and The Americans with Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys. Schmidt will play Bobbie Jett , one of the several women in William's Life and the mother of his daughter born five days after his death.

Bron recently completed production on the feature film MEADOWLAND, a psychological thriller starring Olivia Wilde, Luke Wilson, Giovanni Ribisi, Elizabeth Moss, June Temple and others; and is in production on the animated feature film HENCHMEN, in partnership with Gary Sanchez Productions.
