Brendan Fraser and Kristin Scott Thomas to Star in Neil LaBute's Seconds of Pleasure

As reported by Deadline.com, Brendan Fraser and Kristin Scott Thomas will star in Neil LaBute's new film, Seconds of Pleasure.  The site also reports that Ed Harris and Colin Firth are in talks to appear in the movie.

LaBute's playwriting credits include reasons to be pretty, Fat Pig, The Break of Noon and Wrecks.  He has also directed the films Death at a Funeral, Nurse Betty and In the Company of Men.

Fraser recently appeared on Broadway in Elling.  His theater credits also include the West End revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in 2001.  Thomas started as Arkadina in Ian Rickson's acclaimed Broadway revival of The Seagull.
