Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie to Team for First Time in a Decade!
Variety reports that for The First Time in a decade, A-list Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will team up on a film together. The currently untitled project will be scripted by Jolie. No details have been revealed as to which of the duo will act, produce or direct the film.
Pitt and Jolie's previous collaboration was 2005's action comedy "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," which took innearly $500 million at the worldwide box office. It was reported that the couple became romantically involved during the filming of the movie.
Pitt recently earned a best picture Academy Award as a producer on "12 Years a Slave" through his Plan B production company. He will next be seen on the big screen in Sony's World War II action drama "Fury," hitting theaters this November. Plan B also inked a first-look deal with New Regency earlier this year after parting ways with Paramount.
Jolie takes on both director and producer duties for her next project, the World War II drama "Unbroken," opening this Christmas. She will soon be seen in the title role of Disney's Maleficient.
