Bella Electric Strings Play the Spencer Tonight

Albuquerque, NM -- What do you call a group of four beautiful powerhouse soloists who know how to rock out? That's right, Bella Electric Strings!

Lead by rock violinist and arranger Nina Di Gregorio, Bella Electric Strings has rocked audiences worldwide with their blistering solos, unique arrangements -not to mention their beauty and charm. The classically trained gals have performed with some of the biggest names in the business, from Beyonce to Shakira to Andrea Bocelli, and also won new hearts when appearing in the first season of "America's Got Talent." They were recently featured in a "David Foster and Friends" concert alongside the legendary songwriter and producer. Now they'll steel your hearts with their riveting arrangements of hit rock tunes by Queen, Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and The Who. Expect blazing classics like "Kahmir," "Black Dog," "Back in the USSR," "Eleanor Rigby," "Bohemian Rhapsody," "Smooth Criminal," "Smells Like Teen Spirit," "Comfortably Numb," "Purple Haze," and "Baba O'Riley."

Bella Electric Strings takes center stage at the Spencer Theater tonight, March 22 at 8 p.m. With accompaniment of bass, guitar and drums this will be a night of sizzling strings that will have patrons rocking in their seats. Spencer Theater is a world-class performance hall located in the Sacramento Mountain settlement of Alto, about 12 miles north of downtown Ruidoso. Unique architecture, outstanding acoustics, intimate seating, and excellent artistry are the Spencer's celebrated features. The elegant, award-winning hall, which first raised its curtains in 1997, seats 514, with no seats farther than 67 feet from the 4,770 square-foot stage. The Spencer also has a 964 square-foot outdoor stage that can seat 1,500. From its Spanish mica-flecked limestone face to the crystal lobby, the building itself is a work of art.
