According to People, Anne Hathaway, star of the upcoming film adaptation of Les Miserables, married Adam Shulman yesterday, September 29, 2012 in Big Sur, Calif.

"I'm so delighted by [Adam]," Hathaway told USA Today last year. "He's all the things you want a partner to be. I so find joy in his presence."

More than 100 guests were in attendance for the wedding festivities, which began with the rehearsal dinner on Friday the 28th. Hathaway wore a Valentino gown for the ceremony.

Hathaway and Shulman, engaged since last November, have been together for four years.

Hathaway will next appear on the big screen alongside Hugh Jackman in Tom Hooper's adaptation of The Musical Les Miserables, set for release in December. Her stage credits include Children And Art on Broadway, Carnival! and Twelfth Night off-Broadway, and a regional UK production of The Woman in White. Her other film credits include her most recent role as Selina Kyle in The Dark Knight Rises, as well as The Princess Diaries, Havoc, Brokeback Mountain, The Devil Wears Prada, Becoming Jane, Rachel Getting Married, Valentine's Day, Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, Love and Other Drugs and more.
