Leading high-power laser provider nLIGHT Corporation (nLIGHT) today announced that it has released its CW/QCW Fiber Laser. The platform integrates nLIGHT's proprietary, vertically integrated technologies to deliver a highly reliable and cost-effective fiber laser solution.

nLIGHT and leading system integrators have developed a number of applications enabled by the CW/QCW Fiber Laser, including ceramic scribing and drilling, metal soldering and bonding, and thin metal cutting.

The economical, air-cooled laser delivers a near diffraction limited output beam at a maximum power of 400W QCW or 100W CW. Powered by nLIGHT's single-emitter diode laser module, the CW/QCW Fiber Laser achieves outstanding quality and reliability to meet the rigorous 24/7 uptime demands of the laser materials processing industry.
