Yahoo! Unveils New Design for Mail; Yahoo! Also BREAKS Mail
Last week, Yahoo! unveiled a new look for its popular MAIL application, to which the initial reaction from users was "oh, they've knocked off Gmail."
Today, ZDNet summarizes that there's a lot more wrong with it than that as "Thousands upon thousands of furious Yahoo Mail users are telling the company its new redesign is a failure and want Yahoo to revert the changes - while new reports of serious technical issues mount."
Social Media has exploded with complaints, noting that Yahoo! has removed or moved esstential features, and bug reports have now numbered over 4,000 including little problems like people losing email.
