Flickr Unveils Advanced Editing Update for iOS
Flickr has rolled out a major (and majorly impressive) update for its iOS users.
As of today, users can now create their own custom-made filters and make use of some Photoshop-like advanced editing tools.
Per Flickr's official announcement: "In our view, taking a photo should be an enhancement of what you're experiencing and seeing through your device. We've come up with a camera that gives you full control over how your final photo looks, even before you snap the shot. Our goal is to make it effortless for you to have a beautiful result, with simple but powerful features."
The update allows just that: with its implementation of the levels tools, color balance, framing, and more, users can upload their newly-crafted shots with the hashtag #NewFlickrCam, and the site will unveil a selection of their favorite on the Flickr Blog within the coming weeks.
