Experienced Software Executive Becomes VisualVault's Managing Director, Public Sector

TEMPE, Ariz., Oct. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) via PRWEB - VisualVault, a Business Process Automation (BPA)/ Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software company, has named Steve Pendleton as Managing Director, Public Sector. VisualVault's cloud-based SaaS application serves as a BPA platform and provides clients with cost-effective solutions to transform document and data intensive processes that no longer support department service levels and performance goals.

A graduate of Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, Pendleton has held sales and marketing leadership positions at DataBank, SER, ClearCross, Mobius, and Image API. He entered the BPA/ECM market in its early stages and has developed a unique perspective that is the result of working for years with channel partners and software developers in the public sector.

VisualVault's multi-tenant platform and unique licensing enables government organizations to affordably extend the use of VisualVault to all users including citizens. In addition, VisualVault enables public sector organizations to introduce self-service licensing, case management, HR, compliance management and enforcement activities. Shifting to self-service makes complex department processes simpler and frees staffs from time-draining manual data entry tasks. In addition, through VisualVault's i-Form technology, both structured and unstructured data can be captured and leveraged to reduce processing times so constituents can receive government services faster.

"Steve is a 33-year technology veteran who has successfully launched and led sales and marketing teams within the Business Process Automation(BPA) and ECM markets. His public sector experience will prove invaluable in the expansion and growth of VisualVault in this important segment. He is well-versed in the business process challenges facing state and local government entities and brings great passion to our fast-growing company," said Steve Leichtman, CEO of VisualVault.
