St. Patrick's Celebrations and March Madness Set for Trinity Bar

Chicago - Trinity Bar - a warm and inviting neighborhood spot for food and drink in the heart of Lincoln Park invoking Irish charm - has two upcoming St. Patrick's celebrations along with March Madness events.

Trinity been completely been remodeled and revamped by lifelong Chicagoan and local businessman Ryan Holden. Holden - along with childhood friend and business partner chef Michael Sheerin - have also completely overhauled the food and beverage menus.

Celebrate the South Side and Downtown St. Patrick's Day Parades at Trinity when they open their doors at11am on Saturday, March 12. Drink specials from open to close that day will feature be $6 16oz Guinness drafts, $5 16oz Coors Light drafts, $6 Jameson shots, and $5 Fireball shots. Food specials will include corned beef sandwiches with potato chips for $8.

The fourth installment of Trinity's "Midnight Ramen" from chef/partner Mike Sheerin will take place onMarch 12 as well - but with a time change. Tickets to receive one bowl of Sheerin's ramen (Tonkotsu broth, roasted pork neck, housemade ramen noodles, bamboo shoots, soft-cooked egg, nori) will go on sale for $15 each at 10pm on March 12 at the bar at Trinity. Only 75 bowls of Sheerin's ramen will be available. Guests can purchase up to two tickets per person - first come, first served. All tickets must be purchased in person (orders via phone or email will not be accepted). The ramen will be served to ticketed guests at 10:30pm(instead of midnight) at Trinity.

Trinity will open at 4pm on St. Patrick's Day (Thursday, March 17) and drink specials will be from open to close that day will feature be $6 16oz Guinness drafts, $5 16oz Three Floyds drafts, $5 16oz Coors Light drafts, $6 Jameson shots, and $5 Fireball shots.

Trinity - an official Purdue bar - will show all of the March Madness games on its flatscreens with sound. Trinity will serve Sheerin's version of a Purdue favorite - a breaded and thinly pounded out and fried pork tenderloin sandwich on brioche with pickles and mayo for $13 on days Purdue plays in the NCAA tournament.
