Meadowood Napa Valley Introduces Estate Events' by Meadowood to the San Francisco Bay Area and Beyond

Meadowood Napa Valley's catering and banqueting teams are expanding their reach, delivering a true Meadowood experience to guests beyond the estate gates and even outside the Napa Valley. Featuring all the quality and care one would expect of Meadowood, Estate Events by Meadowood is now able to deliver customized, tailored experiences and weddings for the most discerning hosts.

Over many years, the Meadowood Events team achieved acclaim by creating highly curated and thoughtful events of all sizes on the resort's beautiful grounds. In 2014, the team founded Estate Events by Meadowood to artfully transport exceptional experiences into the homes and wineries of Napa Valley's celebrated hosts. Today, Estate Events by Meadowood brings the same level of experiential event expertise, intensity and creativity to guests wishing to enjoy this level of hospitality and service outside the Napa Valley.

"We initially embarked on an endeavor to bring Meadowood's event- and service-experience outside of the property and into the rest of the Napa Valley," says Patrick Davila, Meadowood's Director of Operations. "We were pleased by the tremendous and positive feedback we received from our guests, as our team successfully created both top events and lasting memories for many. We are now thrilled to not only bring the Meadowood experience, but a Napa Valley experience, throughout the entire Bay Area and beyond."

At the culinary helm of Estate Events by Meadowood is Chef Alejandro Ayala, a Meadowood veteran of more than 25 years who made his debut at the James Beard House in New York in February 2015. Chef Ayala and his team showcase produce, flowers and herbs from the resort gardens as well as a network of local purveyors and producers, to create customized menus for weddings, milestone events, gatherings and executive retreats. Complementing Chef Ayala's cuisine are world-class wines selected and served by Meadowood Sommeliers. Artisanal cocktails are conceived and crafted by Scott Beattie, Beverage Director of Estate Events, who literally "wrote the book," for the craft cocktail movement in authoring Artisanal Cocktails; Drinks Inspired by the Seasons from the Bar at Cyrus.

Estate Events by Meadowood services include venue selection, menus, wines and cocktail lists, dcor, music, amenities, entertainment activities and seamless execution of every element.For events within the Napa Valley, the team will also assist with lodging arrangements at Meadowood. In addition to more than 50 winery partners throughout Napa Valley, including CADE and Opus One, Estate Events is now partnering with venues in the North Bay, San Francisco and Silicon Valley to showcase the gracious hospitality that is synonymous with Meadowood.
