Fairway Market to highlight French gourmet products in the tri-state area

Fairway today announced its partnership with the French Ministry of Agriculture to celebrate the country's unique gastronomic scene with sampling programs throughout the tri-state area: from September 23 rd to September 29 th, French food lovers will have the opportunity to sample newly available French delicacies including pt, jams, olive oils, fish rillettes and more at Fairway stores located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

In addition to allowing shoppers to taste and discover unique French specialty foods, this operation will also offer its guests the opportunity to win a trip to France to experience many more culinary delights.

Carefully selected by Fairway buyers during a trip to France this past January, the featured producers represent theartisanalFrench savoir faire and its long standing tradition in specialty foods.

Barral (Founded in 1883, Nice, Provence) Olives and olive oil

Comptoir Colonial (Founded in 1970, Paris) Spices

Conserverie Gonidec (Founded in 1959, Concarneau, Brittany) Fish canning
