Manhattan Brew & Vine (MBV), located on the corner of 109th Street and Columbus Avenue, brings an upscale dining and nightlife experience to the Upper West Side. The lounge will offer a wide selection of the highest quality wines from around the world and an extensive assortment of craft beers that will compliment the food offerings that are both satisfying and great for sharing. Nightlife industry veteran Ralph Mercado has been brought on board as MBV's General Manager and will oversee operations at the lounge. Smith brings his business savvy and superior branding and marketing skills to MBV, as well as his strong relationships with key influencers and celebrities that he acquired from years of working in the fashion and entertainment industry.

Seasoned architect Kevin Estrada, from weetu, collaborated with designer Franco Lucic from LMF Group to transform the 1,300 square foot space from a 99-cent store, to an industrial-urban oasis for refined palettes. Manhattan Brew & Vine's contemporary look comes with a rustic edge defined by reclaimed wood ceilings, exposed brick walls and large open windows giving off a light and airy feel.

Executive Chef Denzell Washington, formally of Morimoto, was brought on board to create MBV¹s New-American food menu with signature dishes including Columbus Curls (Shrimp, Vanilla broth, rosemary and Pearl onions), Amsterdam Cockerel (Chicken, Amber honey, Cremini shrooms, roasted garlic) and Combo Platter- 3 cheeses and 3 meats (Cheese: Provolone, Gruyére, Brie and Parmesan/Meats: Salami, Prosciutto, Capocollo and Sopressata with mixed olives, grapes, fresh bread, and fig compote), which pairs perfectly with one of the restaurant's selection of 44 wines and 29 craft beer options.
