Dahn Yoga Life Announces Alexandria, VA as 'Center of the Month'
Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness, spotlights the vibrant Dahn Yoga Center of Center of Alexandria, VA in the September 2013 issue of their newsletter, "Dahn Yoga Life".
This month's issue tells how center manager, MJ Park lights up the lives of this Dahn Yoga community. The article, "The Comfort Zone: Helping Stressed Out Professionals Improve Their Life," tells how Park gives the extra care and attention that makes all the difference for the center's members.
In an interview with member Susan Henry, who works for the U.S. Coast Guard, Henry reveals just how much this care has helped her improve her life and realize her full potential. She states, "With a combination of Dahn Yoga classes and private sessions with my wonjangnim, I felt much better in just 2 months. In 3 months, my blood tests verified the healthy improvement." Following additional courses and Dahn Yoga practice, she noticed even more change: "My inner health started to catch up with my physical health and I began to understand how to own and care for my body."
