The Nevada Ballet Theatre Announces Single Tickets On Sale for THE NUTCRACKER

Single tickets are now available for NBT's The Nutcracker, Las Vegas' new holiday tradition. Choreographed by NBT Artistic Director James Canfield and the first of its kind built for the Reynolds Hall stage, all eight performances will feature live music provided by Members of the Las Vegas Philharmonic. With moonlit snow and waltzing flowers, Clara and her Nutcracker Prince will dance along the borderline of imagination and reality when this larger than life production returns this winter with professional company dancers, area students and other surprises.

NBT's 2014-2015 Season will open with George Balanchine's A Midsummer Night's Dream Act I in September, with live music provided by members of the Las Vegas Philharmonic, led by

renowned American Conductor, Emil de Cou. With sets and costumes courtesy of Pacific Northwest Ballet, this majestic production features guest artists and students from the

Academy of Nevada Ballet Theatre. Paul Vasterling's Seasons, set to the melodic sounds of Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" will round out this exciting fall opener.

Cirque du Soleil® and NBT Presents the 7th annual A Choreographers' Showcase, demonstrating why this successful and unique collaboration garners critical acclaim each year. Presented in the perfect venue - the Mystère Theatre - it returns, back by popular demand in October.
