The One Club (www.oneclub.org), producer of the prestigious One Show Awards, announced today the winners for the One Screen Film Festival (www.onescreen.org), a global short film and video competition for the film and advertising industries. Winners were honored at the Sunshine Cinema, a Landmark Theatre in New York City's Lower East Side. The screening was sponsored by Tanteo Tequila.

One Screen recognized 24 winners in 17 film categories, including the new Title and End Credit Sequences, Student and Emerging categories. New York-based Variable won Best of Show for "Rocket Wars," which also won in the documentary and cinematography categories.

"Adding the Emerging set of categories was an organic addition for One Screen," said Jonathan Jirjis, One Screen Producer and Director/Producer of Video at The One Club. "One Screen is not just about acknowledging the best in short film but also about identifying new trends and new talent."

The complete list of winners can be found at www.onescreen.org

One Screen was created by The One Club to create a forum for creatives in the advertising industry and filmmakers alike to showcase their passion projects. Filmmakers and creatives from 33 countries submitted hundreds of entries.
