NobleMotion Dance Welcomes New Executive Director

NobleMotion Dance announces the hiring of Hector Perez as the new full-time Executive Director of the organization. Andy and Dionne Noble will remain as Artistic Directors of NobleMotion Dance. Together, NobleMotion's goals are to create a premiere dance company, a well-managed business, and a clear legacy of talent, civic pride, and artistic accomplishments. Hector Perez comes to us by way of Raleigh, North Carolina, where he has extensive experience in both the arts and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Perez is responsible for many successful fundraising campaigns and has in-depth knowledge of strategic planning, board and organizational development, and collaborations.

He has also worked closely with private, public and family foundations, businesses, and individual giving throughout his career. Mr. Perez understands how to create valuable bridges between nonprofit organizations and the community at large, to ensure that they both benefit from a vigorous and sustainable future.
