Join New Jersey's premiere Spanish Dance & Flamenco dance company, the widely acclaimed Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre, on Sunday May 3, 2015 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (rain date Saturday May 9) as they transport you and your family and friends to the famous Spanish fair, the "Fería de Sevilla" (Seville Fair) at the Parker Press Park, located at 428 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Experience the vibrant colors, sights, sounds, tastes and smells of Spain. Admission to this colorful and exciting festival is FREE! This THIRD annual festival is presented by The Bank of Woodbridge, Division of BCB Community Bank and UPS, in collaboration with Woodbridge Township. The "Fería de Sevilla " is a week-long festival held in April in Seville, Spain, where the local population gathers to celebrate their vibrant culture. Alborada recreates this special event with its own "Fería de Sevilla". As part of the Woodbridge Township Family Cultural Event Series, this festival will not only celebrate Spain's unique cultural heritage with this wonderful Spanish dance company from New Jersey, but also provide a family-oriented event, great for people of all ages. Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac will welcome you and open this enjoyable afternoon of colorful costumes, dances performed by Alborada's professional company, joyous live music, clicking castanets, stomping feet, delicious foods and drink, arts & crafts, ALL Spanish Style!

And NEW this year: Calling all Artists...Bring an easel, sketch pad, or camera and be inspired by the Fería in our beautiful outdoor setting - "en plein air" - and capture the excitement of traditional dancing and costumes from Spain...swirling ruffles, polka dots, flying fringe, fluttering fans and twirling capes and shawls, strumming guitars...All art media welcome! Original art creations inspired by the Feria can be submitted for a curated exhibit to be held in Fall 2015 at The Barron Arts Center in Woodbridge.
