As part of its presentation at the Television Critics Association (TCA) Summer Press Tour, Turner's truTVannounced today the first batch of celebrity guests to join the upcoming fifth season of the pop culture powerhouse series BILLY ON THE STREET, as well as a new hour-long election-themed special for Adam Ruins Everything. The announcement was made as truTV touted its recent ratings success and growing slate of creator-driven comedic programming to television critics assembled for the industry's summer session in Beverly Hills.

To kick off the Billy on the Street panel at TCA, the network announced via video that Aziz Ansari, Jon Hamm, Lupita N'yong'o, John Oliver and Seth Rogen will join pop culture provocateur Billy Eichneras they hit the streets of New York City to surprise and delight unsuspecting pedestrians in all new episodes premiering this fall on truTV. The series is produced by Funny Or Die.

In Adam Ruins Everything, host and comedian Adam Conover uncovers and then unpacks the hidden truth behind everything you thought you knew about the world. This fall, Adam brings that same approach to the upcoming presidential election in an hour-long special that explains everything you need to know before entering the booth on Election Day. The ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING election special will air on truTV Tuesday, October 25 at 10pm ET/PT.

Billy on the Street is a variety sketch series that follows unfiltered and unapologetic comedian Billy Eichner as he hits the streets of New York City to test unsuspecting passersby. In the show's recently-wrapped fourth season, Billy was joined by some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Chris Pratt, Tina Fey, Will Ferrell, Anna Kendrick, Sarah Jessica Parker and Julianne Moore. The series is executive-produced by Mike Farah, CEO of Funny Or Die, along with Eichner, Anna Wenger andDoug Brady.

New episodes of ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING premiere on truTV on Tuesday, August 23 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Adam will tackle topics ranging from football and weddings to drugs and prison. The series is produced by Big Breakfast with Conover, Sam Reich, Spencer Griffin and Jon Cohen serving as executive producers.
