Tom Hayes to Bring An Evening of Magic & Comedy to The Monadnock Region

Acclaimed comedian and magician Tom Hayes will perform at the new River Street Theatre (RST) in Jaffrey on the evening of January 30th.

The RST's "Magic at the Mountain" will be an evening of magic spiced with a good dose of comedy starring award-winning comic and magician Tom Hayes. Tom entered the Boston Comedy Scene in the mid 1980's when he won Showtime Cable's Funniest Person Award; the same year that Ellen Degeneres won the national title. In Boston, he shared the stage with legendaries like Paula Poundstone, Stephen Wright and Denis Leary. Tom is the CEO of the toy and animation property, "Beantown Pals". He continues to perform his stand up for clubs, corporations and charitable organizations. A survivor of a rare form of cancer known as osteosarcoma, Tom is an amputee who is a well renowned as an inspirational speaker and lecturer.

There is only one show on Monday, January 30th at 7:30pm. Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance. All tickets are $10. Due to the intimate size of the River Street Theatre, it is highly recommended tickets are purchased in advance. The RST is located at 6 River Street in downtown Jaffrey. Concessions (popcorn, candy, soft drinks, coffee/tea) are sold in the theatre. Public parking is available on Main Street and behind TD Bank.
