America's Got Talent Finalist Dorothy Bishop returns to her monthly spot as an Artist in Residence at New York's #1 Jazz and Cabaret club, The Metropolitan Room, with her hilarious show "The Dozen Divas."

With a mind-boggling array of wigs and even more mind-boggling onstage costume changes, she effervescently evokes Joan Rivers in a return visit from heaven, moves on to Kim Kardashian, and then come the really big guns: Barbra, Liza, Judy, Cher, Madonna, Shirley Bassey, Sarah Brightman, Renée Fleming, Stevie Nicks.... and Sarah Palin!

The versatile and outrageously talented 2015 MAC Award Nominee graduated from Yale University School of Music and launched a career as a lyric soprano, singing diva roles from Lucia di Lammermoor to Madame Butterfly in New York and regionally.

She toured with Faye Dunaway in the first Broadway National Tour of Terrence McNally's Tony Award Winning Show Master Class, and was guest soloist with Skitch Henderson and the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall.

"The Dozen Divas" was nominated by BroadwayWorld as Best Musical Act of 2013.

Dorothy returns to New York after a triumphant six-week tour of Mexico where she headlined with Lorna Luft at Act II Stages in Puerto Vallarta. (Also returning from Mexico is rescue Chihuahua Luther, who joins Dorothy onstage for the finale of "The Dozen Divas.")
