Jerry Seinfeld and comedian Tom Papa (host of "The Marriage Ref") will be joined by some of the biggest names in stand-up for a comedy show to benefit the family of the late Greg Giraldo.

The "Big Time Comedy Show," which will be held at New York's Beacon Theatre on Wednesday, February 9, will be hosted by Papa and will include performances by Seinfeld, Colin Quinn, Lewis Black, Dave Attell, Jim Norton, Judy Gold, Ted Alexandro and Jesse Joyce.

Greg Giraldo, a comedian known for his frequent appearances on Comedy Central's "Roast" series, passed away on September 29 at age 44. He began his career as an extremely successful stand-up comic, performing numerous times on "The Late Show with David Letterman" and "Late Show with Conan O'Brien." He appeared with Colin Quinn on "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn," on Lewis Black's "Root of All Evil," and earlier this year was a panelist on Seinfeld's "The Marriage Ref". Giraldo and ex-wife Mary-Ann have three children.

Tickets for this one-night-only event go on sale this Saturday, December 18. Ticket prices range from $61.50 - $224.50 (plus surcharges) and are available through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com or 866-858-0008) and at the Beacon Theatre Box Office (located at 2124 Broadway, between 74th and 75th).
