"The Voice" (2.9/9 in 18-49, 12.6 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) equaled its prior finale in 18-49 (2.9 vs. 2.9 on Tuesday, May 19) and grew +9% in total viewers (12.601 million vs. 11.555 million).
Despite competition from the Republican debate on CNN, generated NBC's biggest overall audience in the time period since March 3 (12.648 million) and highest 18-49 rating in the slot since Sept. 29 (3.0).
Grew +32% versus NBC's time-period average this season in 18-49 (2.9 vs. 2.2, L+SD) and was up +42% in total viewers (12.601 million vs. 8.844 million) scored the show's Tuesday high since Sept. 29 in 18-49 (3.7).
Versus the year-ago finale, "The Voice" held 88% in 18-49 (2.9 vs. 3.3 on Dec. 16, 2014) and retained 98% in total viewers (12.601 million vs. 12.880 million).

Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD -Tuesday's "Voice" has been increasing by +26% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 3.05 to a 3.85) and more than 2.3 million viewers overall (11.7 million to 14.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
Upscale: Tuesday's "Voice" is delivering a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 117 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3). Last week's edition was the most upscale Big 4 telecast of the night, indexing at a 123 (L+SD).
An encore recap edition of "The Voice" averaged a 1.8/6 in 18-49 and 8.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night:
· In metered-market households, Fallon's 3.4 rating is his highest Tuesday rating in 10 months, since a telecast from L.A. on Feb. 3 (3.6).
· Meyers' 1.7 rating in metered-market households ranks as his highest Tuesday rating since his second week on "Late Night" (1.7 on March 4, 2014) and equals his high since his premiere-week Tuesday (2.2 on Feb. 25, 2014).
· In adult 18-49 rating in the local people meters, Fallon (1.2) easily topped the combined results of CBS's "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" (0.4) and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (0.5).
· In 18-49 in the local people meters, Meyers (0.6) beat both Colbert (0.4) and Kimmel (0.5), despite his later start time.
· Meyers even tied Kimmel in metered-market households (1.7 each) and pulled within 0.2 of Colbert's 1.9.
· In 18-49, Carson Daly (0.3) tied Corden (0.3), despite starting an hour later and tied "Nightline" (0.3), despite starting 90 minutes later.
· Fallon's guests Tuesday night included Mark Wahlberg, Bill Burr and musical guest Sheryl Crow.
· Meyers' guests Tuesday included Jennifer Lawrence, Kurt Russell and Fred Noe.
· Daly's guests Tuesday night included Saffron Burrows, Brian Posehn and musical guest Swingin' Utters.
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.4/9; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.9/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.2/6; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.7/6 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 1.0/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
