Playhouse on Park Adds New Restaurants to Dining Program

Theater lovers, your list of dining choices just got longer! Four local restaurants are new members of Playhouse on Park's Dining Program, a service benefiting both loyal Playhouse patrons and small businesses. Participants in the Dining Program offer discounts to theatergoers with a vast selection of delicious cuisine.

If a Mediterranean meal complete with fresh fish, roasted red peppers and curried chickpeas tickles your fancy, West Hartford's Center Arugula fits the bill. Modern comfort food from pomegranate glazed pork tenderloin to lemon meringue pie is offered at Blue Plate Kitchen, located on North Main Street. Park Tavern is conveniently located down the road from the Playhouse if pub food and flatbread are on your list of favorite fare. And Majorca offers delectable tapas and fresh ceviche that will satisfy until long after curtain!

Old favorites include: Beachland Tavern, Cuvée - A Food, Wine and Champagne Room, Effie's Place Restaurant, Joey's Pizza Pie, Lena's First & Last Pizzeria, Plan B West Hartford, Rizzutos, Seasons Restaurant, Shish Kebab House, and Sweet Chili Thai. Is your mouth watering yet?

Discounts vary with each restaurant and are available to Playhouse patrons who present their tickets on the same day as the performance.
