Photo Coverage: Meet the Cast of The Hope Theatre's Bonk-Busting Musical HER ACHING HEART

Bryony Lavery's bodice-ripping musical pastiche of the Mills & Boon genre Her Aching Heart comes to The Hope Theatre this winter, rounding off the theatre's Gothic Season with the third in-house show of 2016 following on the heels of this summer's five-star hit Steel Magnolias. In Her Aching Heart two heartbroken women (Naomi Todd as 'Molly' and Colette Eaton as 'Harriet') jump between the pages of the same bonk-busting paperback - and play all the parts between them! Joyfully peppered with torch songs and sapphic tomfoolery, Her Aching Heart was 1992 Pink Paper Play of The Year.

Revived in time for its 25th Anniversary by The Hope Theatre in a co-production with LWL Entertainment, and is directed by The Hope Theatre's Artistic Director Matthew Parker, with newly composed music by Ian Brandon.
