Hazel Flagg has a book by Ben Hecht, lyrics by Bob Hilliard, and music by Jule Styne. It is based on the 1937 screwball comedy movie - Nothing Sacred. It opened on Broadway at the Mark Hellinger Theatre on February 11, 1953, ran for 190 performances and starred Helen Gallagher and film character actor Thomas Mitchell (Tony Award). The production runs March 17 - 29, 2015.

Hazel Flagg (Savannah Frazier) of Stoneyhead, Vt is told by her doctor (Jody Cook) that she has a terminal case of radium poisoning from painting dials in a watch factory. Her dying wish - to visit New York - is granted by the publisher of Everywhere Magazine - Laura Carew (Annie Edgerton) - and it's feature writer - Wallace Cook (Jason Mills). The magazine wants to cash in on her tragic circumstances and she becomes beloved by all of New York including its Mayor (Rob Lorey).

After she is told she has been mis-diagnosed, she hides this information until her love of Wally prompts her to tell him. Truth and romance triumph - again. Journalists, high-fashion types and run-of-the-mill New Yorkers in our cast include Claire Buchignani, Warren Curtis, Sarah Ellis, Alan Gillespie, Chaz Jackson, Bradlee Laight, Bryant Martin, William Mulligan, Sonia Perez, Chuck Ragsdale, Jordan Smilan-Goldstein, Brandon Timmons.

Songs include "Every Street's a Boulevard in Old New York," "How Do You Speak to an Angel", "You're Gonna Dance With Me, Willie".
