Inked magazine today announces the release of the highly anticipated February/March Pinup issue, which will highlight one of the most popular and visually appealing subsets of the tattoo world with cover star Jessica Wilde.

This Valentine's Day, while other publications are running the standard dating tips and gift ideas, Inked will be showing off cam model, social media star and self-proclaimed "Tatt Goddess," Jessica Wilde. Wilde's images for Inked ooze sex, while remaining playful, classic and fashion-forward.

"If Bettie Page were around today she would undeniably be covered in tattoos," says Inked Editor-in-Chief Rocky Rakovic. "To bring this vision to life we transformed Jessica Wilde into a glamour model whose tattoos place her in the modern day, but her allure transcends eras like Bettie."

Inked magazine celebrates rebellious lifestyles, and the annual Pinup issue uses pop culture, style and art to celebrate some of the most rebellious models, artist and photographers of our time. Paying homage to pinup girls past and present, the issue depicts the many facets of an underground culture that has stood the test of time.

"Pinup is the ultimate image of femininity," says Wilde. "And I love how colorful tattoos can still make a woman look feminine. I feel more beautiful with tattoos - that's all that matters."

Throughout the pages, readers will find an interview with Top Chef winner Michael Voltaggio, who is launching a show called Breaking Borders in which he drops into conflict zones and brings opposing sides to the dinner table. Inked checks in with Winter X Games Medalist and Olympian Gus Kenworthy and the stray puppies he saved in Sochi. And Circa Survive's frontman Anthony Green has a candid conversation with the magazine about his struggles with substance abuse. He tells the magazine that he thought, "I can't fix this. Maybe I should just leave and go be a junkie and I'll just kill myself."

Complimenting the pinup spread will be images from acclaimed photographer Shannon Brooke, centered on several models with varying degrees of ink in a rural American 1940s setting. And on the artist side of things, the work of artists Mat Lapping and Brian Viveros will be featured in the issue, alongside a new monthly feature from pinup photographer Robert Alvarado.

In keeping with the old-school theme, there will be a guide on how to remix 1950s-style cocktails, like a Tequila Sunrise or an Old Fashioned. Finally, Inked offers suggestions for grooming products for the non-traditional among us.

Inked magazine has a circulation of 181,000, and as the preferred publication in the lobby of tattoo shops, the impressions received are much higher than average. Inkedmag.com receives over 110 million page views per month, and with over 7 million Facebook fans, the publication has more "likes" than GQ, Complex, Details, Maxim and Esquire - combined. They are one of the most "liked" magazines on the planet.
