The Capitol Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce that Scottish comedian, festival favorite, and star of The Late Late Show, Craig Ferguson, will be coming to Concord with his witty and hilarious stand up performance titled Hot & Grumpy on Monday, March 24, at 7:30pm.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Ferguson got his start in the entertainment industry as a drummer for some of the worst punk bands in the UK. Too wimpy to be in punk rock, he started acting. He played Drew Carey's boss, Nigel Wick, in The Drew Carey Show from 1996-2003.

Ferguson has also become a huge success on the North American comedy circuit. He performs all over the country and has sold out Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall. Additionally, Craig has three widely acclaimed stand-up comedy specials:A Wee Bit o' Revolution which premiered on Comedy Central and was released on Home Video in 2009; Does This Need To Be Said, which premiered on Epix in February 2011 and was released on Home Video in Fall 2011 and I'm Here To Help, which premiered on Netflix in March of 2013.

Currently the host of The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson on CBS, actor-comedian-writer-director Ferguson won his first Emmy nomination in 2006, and received the 2009 Peabody Award for Excellence in Broadcasting for his interview with Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
