The party rages on with Adam Devine and his funniest friends as Comedy Central has renewed "Adam Devine's House Party," it was announced today by Kent Alterman, President, Content Development and Original Programming, Comedy Central. The series will return with eight episodes in 2014. Produced by Avalon Television, "Adam Devine's House Party" is executive produced by Devine, Avalon's Jon Thoday, Richard Allen-Turner, David Martin, Isaac Horne, and fellow "Workaholic" Kyle Newacheck, who directed the first season.

"Giving Adam Devine money to throw a house party stand-up series proved to be so irresponsible, we couldn't resist doing it again," said Alterman.

Added Devine, "I'm glad Comedy Central is letting me throw another House Party! They're like the cool parents that let all the underage kids beer bong in their basement."

Currently in its first season airing on Thursdays at 12:30 a.m. ET/PT, the series invites viewers inside Devine's massive party in an LA mansion; things get a little crazy as some of Devine's favorite up-and-coming comedians stop by to enjoy the fun and perform stand-up sets on the incredible backyard stage. Each episode mixes scripted storylines with stand-up and features an exciting lineup of up-and-coming talent.

So far this season Devine has welcomed Asif Ali, Austin Anderson, Ahmed Bharoocha, Matthew Broussard, Drennon Davis, Sean Donnelly, Ron Funches, Matt Koff, Annie Lederman, The Lucas Brothers, Brent Morin, Josh Rabinowitz, Barry Rothbart, Andrew Santino, Liza Treyger, and Hampton Yount to his "House Party," with Ron Babcock, Kevin Barnett, Byron Bowers, Pete Davidson, Esther Povitsky, Adam Ray, Sam Simmons and Brooks Wheelan still to come.

Comedy Central, the #1 brand in comedy, is the home for the biggest names in stand-up including recent one-hour specials from Daniel Tosh, Kevin Hart, Jeff Dunham, Gabriel Iglesias, DL Hughley, Amy Schumer, Anthony Jeselnik, AZIZ ANSARI, Chris Hardwick, Hannibal Buress, John Mulaney, Al Madrigal, Reggie Watts, Demetri Martin, Pete Holmes and more.

In addition to its specials, Comedy Central stand-up series include "John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show," "Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution," "Mash Up," "The Half Hour" and "Adam Devine's House Party," a new series launching this fall from Adam Devine, co-creator and star of "Workaholics."
