Inspired by Bob Hope's legacy, award-winning comedian Don Barnhart will once again head overseas bringing laughter to the men and women serving in the Armed Forces.

Taking time off from filming his new sitcom Class Clowns, Don Barnhart will bring his Battle Comics Stand Up & Improv Tour overseas to entertain the troops serving in the Armed Forces.

Already this year, Barnhart has brought his Battle Comics to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Kosovo, England, Germany and Belgium and was the subject of the upcoming documentary I AM BATTLE COMIC by filmmaker Jordan Brady.

Working with Armed Forces Entertainment, The Battle Comics Mediterranean Tour will head out in early August to bring laughter to those serving in Turkey, Jordan and Spain. "This tour is unique as we're doing a combination of stand up and improvisation and I get to work with such great talent," said Barnhart from a recent interview.

Barnhart is a regular headliner on the Vegas strip appearing at the top comedy clubs and even had his own show. The Las Vegas Review/Journal recently called Barnhart's show one of their "Best Bets" and last year he received the "Best of Vegas" award from Las Vegas Best Business.

Class Clowns is the new sitcom created by Barnhart. Written by Don and comedian Keith Lyle from The Hangover movie, the show stars Barnhart, Lyle, Linda Vu and features comedians Derek Richards and Brent Mukai.

Barnhart also stars in Finding The Funny with Brad Garrett and Louie Anderson and is the host and creator of The Freedom of Speech Comedy Series. Don also appears in Tribute To Fluffy, Max Justice and is the author of the best-selling book on comedy Finding Your Funny. He was recently featured on the best of The Bob and Tom Show, he is also a regular on Sirius/XM and is one of the first comedians to graduate from The Second City Training Center in Los Angeles

Barnhart's DeEvolution of Man video has close to 1 million hits on YouTube.

Don is currently doing the final edit on the cannabis comedy film Reefer Rendum and is in preproduction on the new comedy The Freeloader, which he wrote and stars in. The movie is set to begin shooting in Las Vegas at the end of 2016.

Barnhart will lead his Battle Comics team and is proud to be touring with Jeff Capri, Linda Vu, Keith Lyle and Amanda Williamson.

Jeff Capri is a comedian, actor and improvisational player. He has been on Comedy Central, Comics Unleashed and Star Search and is described by many as "energetically laid -back". Jeff Capri is one of very few second-generation comics working today and his observational comedic palette takes a different direction than his father's classic Catskill style. The Los Angeles Times calls him "Consistently fun, spontaneous, smart and witty". Capri is also a graduate of the Second City Training Center in Los Angeles.

With over fifteen years as a world traveled stand-up comedian, Jeff has worked a wide variety of audiences. Ranging from national television, headlining comedy club chains, cruise lines, numerous military tours, (including Iraq/Afghanistan) and he is a one of the Battle Comic's regular performers and he has even performed at a nudist colony! (Fully clothed.)

Linda Vu is an improvisational player, actress and fitness expert. She stars in the new sitcom Class Clowns and is the co-founder of the Las Vegas Comedy Institute where she oversees the instruction of stand up, improv and comedy writing classes.

Vu also stars in the indie film China Dolls and has toured previously with Armed Forces Entertainment hosting several of the Battle Comics Comedy Tours with shows in Bahrain, Qatar, Djibouti and Saudi Arabia. She is also a fitness expert and recently brought her self-defense team overseas teaching women in the military Close Quarters Combat and sexual assault prevention. Her body of work includes: Energy Hour CD, Power Abs DVD and Linda's Women Self Defense DVD. She has two new books coming out, Get The Body You Want and Datemares - A humorous look at modern day dating.

Keith Lyle is both a comedian and improvisational player. He currently stars and is a co-writer on Don Barnhart's new TV show Class Clowns. Lyle has been in numerous commercials and TV shows, and films and his biggest role to date was having 4 lines in the blockbuster movie The Hangover. He had even more screen time as a dead body on CSI and has roles in the upcoming releases Holding Lucid directed by John Bizarre and A Tribute to Fluffy directed by Micah Cyrus.

Amanda Williamson is a Los Angeles based thespian and has studied improvisation at Apple Valley's Tony Balsamo Performing Arts Conservatory, and The Actors Workshop in San Diego, California. She received a theater scholarship, ahead of graduating from the Cal State University system.

Williamson is a regular at the award-winning Surf City Comedy Club in Southern California, and has appeared internationally, at the infamous Red Piano Theater in Jalisco, Mexico. Her outgoing and avant-guard improv style has audiences pining for more. Amanda's admiration for her active-military bother (Green Beret) has inspired her to bring her Improv-Olympic/Second City style overseas to entertain all branches of our military. This will be her first tour for the troops.

In his off time, Barnhart teaches stand up, improv and comedy writing and is currently writing a new Battle Comics - Entertaining On The Front Lines.

The Battle Comics team performs domestically as well and is available for corporate and private events.
