Nashville, Tennessee famously nick-named Music City, USA is home to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry and, of course, a plethora of major record labels including Sun Records where Rock and Roll was born. With such a rich music legacy it's no surprise that many of Rock & Roll's best and brightest passed through Nashville at some point during their celebrated careers. Tonight, August 1 at 8pm Centenary Stage Company's Summer Jamfest brings the "rock and roll" sound of Music City to the Sitnik Theater of the David and Carol Lackland Center with Nashville Legends.

This thrilling "Musical Tribute" featuring the BLUE SUEDE SHOES Band, brings you an inside look at some of the legends of Nashville. For an evening of rock 'n' roll hits, this show celebrates some of the great artists who passed through Nashville in the 50's and 60's. Featuring the music of Johnny Cash, Bo Didley, Carl Perkins, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and the King himself, Elvis Presley. It's a high energy evening featuring the BLUE SUEDE SHOES BAND as they celebrate the best and brightest of the Nashville sound.

Sponsored in part by The House of the Good Shepherd. Tickets for Nashville Legends are $30.00 in advance. As with all jazz, concerts and special events ticket prices increase $5.00 day of event. All ticket sales are final.
