Carolines on Broadway, America's Premier Comedy Nightclub, is inviting revelers to laugh in the New Year in the heart of Times Square when it presents its annual New Year's Eve Spectacular on Monday, December 31, with two big shows at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., 1626 Broadway, between 49th and 50th Streets, New York City.

Ardie Fuqua will host the New Year's Eve Spectacular.  The 7:30 p.m. show will feature performances by Vince August, Joe DeRosa, Mark Normand andDan Soder.  The 10:00 p.m. show will feature performances by August, Nate Bargatze, DeRosa and Soder.
 
An a la carte menu is available during both shows.  Immediately following the 10:00 p.m. show their will be a countdown to the new year and attendees can watch the ball drop in Times Square on the club's 10-foot screen and flat screen TVs.  After midnight, there will be music by a live DJ with dancing and party favors.
