On the 29th of March, Adamotions launches a new comedy concept, Nuts & Bolts. Every month, expect a showcase of the freshest up and coming alternative comedy talent, the very best well established comedy acts performing new material, and a brilliant headliner, presenting to you the complete comedy machine. Kicking off we have British Comedy Award-winning, Channel 4 TV stars Cardinal Burns, award winning Canadian comic Mae Martin, and sketch trio The Grandees. This is a night not to be missed. And all at the bargain price of £10 for early birds.

Cardinal Burns: Seb Cardinal and Dustin Demri-Burns established themselves on the live UK comedy circuit before really making their mark with their critically acclaimed, self-titled show at the Edinburgh Festival 2009. From here they were invited to perform at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival the following year, and, in between enjoyed sell out shows at London's Soho Theatre. In 2012, they returned to their spiritual home at the Pleasance, Edinburgh for a strictly limited run. The first series of their sketch show aired on E4 in Spring 2012 to great critical response, and a British Comedy Award. A rare opportunity to see Cardinal Burns live.

Mae Martin: Mae Martin began writing and performing comedy at the tender age of 13. She has been nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards, and is currently based in the UK where she has played at festivals and clubs across the country. In 2013 she won "Best International Performer" at the Brighton Fringe and received stellar reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Mae recently appeared on Russell Howard's Good News, BBC Radio 4?s "Fresh From the Fringe", and BBC 3?s Comedy Marathon.

The Grandees: The Grandees are a sketch-comedy troupe from London, comprising Marny Godden, Tom Turner and Andrew Mudie. In 2008 their show The Box Of Cricks received rave reviews at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. In 2009 and 2010 they returned to the Fringe with The Grandee Way and The Book Of Pricks which also received excellent notices. 'A gloriously cracked joyride...The Grandees do it better!' They perform regularly on both the London and festival comedy circuits with their unique style of comedy, eccentric characters and offbeat sketches.

NUTS & BOLTS presents Cardinal Burns, Mae Martin, The Grandees, at The Brady Arts Centre, Whitechapel, E1 5HU. Produced by Adamotions on 29th March, 2014 7:30pm. Tickets: £10 in advance; book at adamotions.com.
