New York City Gay Men’s Chorus (NYCGMC), has appeared at such world-class venues as Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall and performed alongside a roster of stars – Liza Minnelli, Stephen Sondheim, Marilyn Horne, Barbara Cook, Victoria Clark, Liz Callaway, Carol Channing, Joel Grey and Eartha Kitt – to name only a few. From Town Hall to City Hall, from the advent of AIDS to the struggle for marriage equality for over thirty years NYCGMC and its over 250 members have been producing innovative programs, and serving the LGBT community.
NYCGMC is a member of the Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses (GALA), the world’s only association committed to serving the LGBT choral movement. NYCGMC is also a proud member of the New York Choral Consortium (NYCC)
