Bruce Springsteenand the E Street Band began their concert at Brookyn's Barclays Center Saturday night with a moving tribute to Prince. The legendary artist passed away at the age of 57 on Thursday, April 21. Below, watch The Boss cover the Prince classic 'Purple Rain.'

Among Springsteen's most successful studio albums are Born to Run (1975) and Born in the U.S.A. (1984). He has sold more than 64 million albums in the United States and more than 120 million records worldwide, making him one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.

Nicknamed 'The Boss,' the singer has earned numerous awards for his work, including 20 Grammy Awards, two Golden Globes and anAcademy Award as well as being inducted into both the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999.
