Tickets to STAR TREK: THE ULTIMATE VOYAGE at PPAC on Sale Tomorrow

STAR TREK: THE ULTIMATE VOYAGE, presented by CineConcerts, CBS Consumer Products, and Paramount Pictures, will play the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 7P.

This lavish production includes an impressive live symphony orchestra and international special solo instruments. People of all ages and backgrounds will experience the franchise's groundbreaking and wildly popular musical achievements while the most iconic Star Trek film and TV footage is simultaneously beamed in high definition to a 40-foot wide screen.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10A at the PPAC Box Office window (220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence), online at www.ppacri.org and by phone at (401) 421-ARTS (2787). Box Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 10A to 5P; Saturday, 10A to 2P and two hours prior to all curtain times.

Tickets are $65 - $35; all ticket prices include a $3 per ticket restoration charge and are subject to change without notice. VIP Packages are available and include a conductor-signed poster, access to and the ability to attend a pre-show sound check, and a thirty-minute behind-the-scenes Q&A with conductor Justin Freer following the sound check.

The concert will feature some of the greatest music written for the franchise including music from Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek II:The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Star Trek: Insurrection, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and much more.

This new concert event, especially produced for the 50th Anniversary of the franchise, will appeal to music lovers, filmgoers, science-fiction fans, and anyone looking for an exciting and unique concert experience.

STAR TREK: THE ULTIMATE VOYAGE will be conducted by Justin Freer, who has quickly become one of the most sought-after conductors of film music with a long list of full symphonic live-to-projection projects under his belt, ranging from The Lord of the Rings Trilogy to The Godfather to Gladiator. He has appeared with some of the world's leading orchestras including the Chicago Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, and Sydney Symphony.
