The Las Vegas Philharmonic Guild Presents DOGTOBERFEST

The Las Vegas Philharmonic Guild is pleased to announce its "kickoff" fundraiser for the 2016 - 2017 concert season, "DOGTOBERFEST", to be held on October 6, 2016, from 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m., at The Hydrant Club on 109 N. 9th Street, in downtown Las Vegas. For a donation of $35 per person (pups get in free) attendees will enjoy live musical entertainment by Zu Musik, a three-piece German band, food catered by Legacy - Chef Bernard, beverages, a raffle, and a doggie gift bag for attendees that bring their dog. A maximum of two dogs per human will be permitted. The Hydrant Cub requires proof of current vaccination records including:

· Rabies

· Bordetella

· Distemper

· Parvo

· The results from a fecal test taken within last 6-12 months showing negative

Proceeds from Dogtoberfest will benefit the Las Vegas Philharmonic and its educational initiatives.

About the Las Vegas Philharmonic Guild

The Guild, comprised of almost 300 members, has been supporting the orchestra through its volunteering and fundraising efforts since July 2003 and has donated a total of $425,000 over the past twelve years. Their mission is to support the orchestra in its musical performances and education initiatives. In 2015, the Guild received two awards from the League of American Orchestras for their 10th Anniversary Gala, A Decade of Musical Memories, and their ongoing Martini MondayMusicales and Winey Wednesday events.
