Stonehenge's 'Furry Friends' Series Returns with BARK BASH WITH SANTA, 12/10

The holiday season is in full swing and while the kids are lining up to sit on Santa's lap, Stonehenge is opening its doors to the pups who want to be in on the holiday cheer. Stonehenge, well known for their pet-friendly, luxury residential buildings around NYC, have announced "Bark Bash with Santa", the second event in their popular "Furry Friends" series.

Stonehenge kicked off their "Furry Friends" series last September with a fashion-forward "Furry Friends on the Runway" show, where they teamed up with high-end, pet apparel line ROYAL ANIMALS/ ROYAL POOCH. This event will spread some holiday cheer by welcoming friends and neighbors to bring along their pooch to a holiday "Bark Bash with Santa" party on Monday, December 10 from 4-8pm at an unoccupied Stonehenge retail space on 2nd Avenue between 60th and 61st Street. Pets will get to pose with Santa Claus for professional holiday portraits and owners can mingle with other NYC pet-lovers. Free gifts will be provided courtesy of Unleashed by Petco and Cesar's Way magazine.

This special holiday "Bark Bash with Santa" promises to be an exciting and memorable evening for animal-lovers and their pets, and will also help to drive awareness about animals in need. Any and all donations collected at the door will go directly to the Animal Haven Shelter, a nonprofit organization that finds homes for abandoned cats and dogs throughout the Tri-State area and provides behavior intervention when needed to improve chances of adoption.

The "Furry Friends" community is led by Stonehenge's long-time resident, Susan Traub, owner of ROYAL ANIMALS/ROYAL POOCH. Stonehenge responded to Susan's passion for pet awareness and education by launching this initiative, and now looks to Susan as the ambassador for all interested participants. Susan's knowledge of animals, connection to the pet community, and caring qualities have made her the perfect addition to the Stonehenge team as its founding "Furry Friends" partner. Susan will be selling Royal Pooch apparel at the event and donating a percentage of the proceeds to Animal Haven Shelter.
